My prenatal services help you prepare for birth with confidence through education, emotional support, birth planning, comfort techniques, and guidance every step of the way. Together, we'll build a birth experience that reflects your goals and values.

🤍 Birth Doula Support

During labor and birth, I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support. I work alongside your medical team—not in place of them—to help you feel calm, informed, and empowered while supporting both you and your birth partner throughout the experience.

🌸 Postpartum Support

The weeks after birth are just as important as the birth itself. My postpartum services provide hands-on support as your family adjusts to life with a newborn. I assist with newborn care, feeding support, emotional wellness, light household tasks, meal preparation, and creating a peaceful environment so you can focus on healing, bonding, and rest.
